For the last 20 years, Greg Spadorcio has worked in public safety and GIS industries. Greg now lead’s GeoComm’s sales team and works in partnership with customers to develop and implement enterprise solutions that benefit our public safety customers. Greg is driven by a passion in leveraging GIS to solve real world public safety problems.

Ty Thompson
Strategic Account Executive
Tyler Thompson has spent more than 30 years helping federal, state and local government agencies solve complex problems using GIS, as well as data visualization and analytics solutions. Ty entered the public safety industry following 9/11 and has never looked back. As our industry transitions from legacy to NG9-1-1 networks, applications, and advancements in location services, Ty is excited to work with public safety agencies to help them plan, prepare, and realize the benefits that advancements in technology brings.

Stacen Gross, ENP
Territory Sales Manager
Stacen Gross has been in the Public Safety/9-1-1 industry for 30 years. He started his career as a county employee tasked with implementing E-911 service prior to joining GeoComm in 1995. At GeoComm, Stacen has served as a consultant, project manager and now, Territory Sales Manager. He has a comprehensive understanding of public safety systems and 9-1-1/NG9-1-1 functional elements which allows him to work with customers in a consultative sales capacity to help them understand how GeoComm’s products and services can integrate into their specific operational environments to solve problems, save lives and protect property. This knowledge and understanding has resulted in some of Stacen’s customers referring to him as “Mr. 9-1-1!” He also serves as the APCO Chapter Commercial Advisory Member (CCAM) for both the Iowa and Nebraska APCO/NENA Chapters.

Annaliese Heinicke
Territory Sales Manager
Annaliese Heinicke comes from a deep technical background with a Masters in GIS. Her career began at GeoComm as a GIS Specialist developing NG9-1-1 and Indoor Mapping datasets. Today, as the West’s Territory Sales Manager, Annaliese leverages her expertise to help agencies strategically develop their datasets to meet NG9-1-1 requirements while enhancing the abilities of dispatch. Beyond this, Annaliese’s greatest passion is for indoor mapping solutions that showcase device-based locations, real-time incident management, and interior location intelligence.

Susan Nelson, ENP, CPM
Territory Sales Manager
With over 20 years of public safety and 9-1-1 experience in both the public and private sectors, Susan Nelson understands the industry from both sides of the desk. Using her background in GIS program management, 9-1-1 operations, and NG9-1-1, she can dive deeply into issues with clients to deliver the best solutions. Listening to customers describe their challenges and helping them devise solutions is Susan’s favorite part of the job. As Territory Sales Manager she is responsible for sales and account management in the Southeast. Susan has a BA in organizational communication from the University of Colorado and graduate certificate in public management from Florida State University.

Tyler Gross
Territory Sales Manager
Tyler Gross has been with GeoComm for four years. In that time, Tyler worked with agencies in the Northeast, Midwest, and Northwest regions to improve their GIS data and resources to NG9-1-1 standards. As a Territory Sales Manager today, Tyler is responsible for sales and customer account management for the Mountain West region. Tyler has a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from Peru State College in Nebraska.

Kevin O'Connell
Regional Sales Associate
Kevin O’Connell started his professional career as a GIS specialist, and now has over 8 years of GIS experience. He has worked for both public and private organizations in a variety of GIS roles. Now as a Regional Sales Associate for GeoComm, he is applying his public safety GIS knowledge to help identify customer dataset issues and develop strong customer relationships.

Tri-County School Safety Pilot Project
The Tri-County School Safety Pilot Project aimed to create detailed GIS indoor maps of seven pilot schools in the Tri-County area to improve response times to school incidents. The maps were shared with dispatch centers to be used in their 9-1-1 applications.
