Greg now lead’s GeoComm’s sales team and works in partnership with customers to develop and implement enterprise solutions that benefit our public safety customers. Greg is driven by a passion in leveraging GIS to solve real world public safety problems.

Ty Thompson
Strategic Account Executive
Tyler Thompson has spent more than 30 years helping federal, state and local government agencies solve complex problems using GIS, as well as data visualization and analytics solutions. Ty entered the public safety industry following 9/11, and has never looked back. As our industry transitions from legacy to NG9-1-1 networks and applications, Ty is excited to work with public safety agencies to help them plan, prepare, and realize the benefits that NG9-1-1 brings.

Stacen Gross, ENP
Territory Sales Manager
Stacen Gross has spent the last twenty-five years working at GeoComm and serving the public safety industry. During this time, he has served as Project Manager for both GIS and consulting projects, provided consulting and technical expertise to numerous local governments on issues surrounding 9-1-1, communications, and cooperative agreements between the units of government and issues pertaining to funding for 9-1-1 and public safety initiatives. Stacen also serves as the Chapter Commercial Advisory Member (CCAM) for both the Iowa and Nebraska APCO Chapters. As one of GeoComm’s Territory Sales Managers, Stacen is responsible for sales and customer account management across a large territory comprised of the Northeast, Midwest, and Northwest States.

Ron Helterbrand, ENP
Territory Sales Manager
Ron Helterbrand has collaborated extensively with 9-1-1 agencies and partners throughout the country for the past twenty-five years, helping clients resolve 9-1-1 issues. Through this experience he has grown to understand how GIS is the key foundational element for the Next Generation of call routing and caller location. Ron is excited with the prospect of working on new technologies and solutions with clients from his home state of Texas, to advance their abilities to locate people in their time of need.

Annaliese Heinicke
Territory Sales Manager
Annaliese Heinicke comes from a deep technical background with a Masters in GIS. Her career began at GeoComm as a GIS Specialist developing NG9-1-1 and Indoor Mapping datasets. Today, as the West’s Territory Sales Manager, Annaliese leverages her expertise to help agencies strategically develop their datasets to meet NG9-1-1 requirements while enhancing the abilities of dispatch. Beyond this, Annaliese’s greatest passion is for indoor mapping solutions that showcase device-based locations, real-time incident management, and interior location intelligence.

Susan Nelson, ENP, CPM
Territory Sales Manager
With over 20 years of public safety and 9-1-1 experience in both the public and private sectors, Susan Nelson understands the industry from both sides of the desk. Using her background in GIS program management, 9-1-1 operations, and NG9-1-1, she can dive deeply into issues with clients to deliver the best solutions. Listening to customers describe their challenges and helping them devise solutions is Susan’s favorite part of the job. As Territory Sales Manager she is responsible for sales and account management in the Southeast. Susan has a BA in organizational communication from the University of Colorado and graduate certificate in public management from Florida State University.

Tyler Gross
Regional Sales Associate
Tyler Gross has been with GeoComm for over two years in the Regional Sales Associate role. In that time, he has worked with local governments and regions with consolidated resources to coordinate the updating and maintaining of local GIS data for better use in NG9-1-1 and within GeoComm’s mapping solutions. As a Regional Sales Associate, Tyler is responsible for assisting the Territory Sales Manager in covering the Northeast, Midwest, and Northwest regions of the United States.

GeoComm is pleased to announce a new partnership with NextNav, a leader in z-axis vertical positioning, to enhance floor-aware indoor mapping for E9-1-1. This partnership will dramatically improve geolocation of callers to provide floor-level altitude in multistory buildings in urban areas across the country.

Customer Profile: Rio Grande Council of Government (RGCOG)
Rio Grande Council of Government (RGCOG) went live with GeoComm Maps as part of a cloud-native call-handling implementation by Carbyne. The system went live in February of this year and provides RGCOG, a regional entity that manages 9-1-1 for five of the most rural counties in the United States, with the latest technology.
