John Bryant
CEO
John Bryant has nearly 40 years of experience in sales, product management, marketing and general management. Over this time period, John has worked in a wide range of roles and organizations, from being the second person hired for an Internet business start-up to managing multiple smaller businesses within larger organizations to managing a field organization of over 4,000 people.
John has spent the last 25 years in senior level executive positions, each with a focus on driving profitable growth. Throughout this experience, John has tackled business problems and realigned organizations and teams with market opportunities.

Jeff Liebl
GeoComm President and COO
Jeff comes to GeoComm with nearly three decades of high-tech industry experience both in Minnesota and Silicon Valley where he has a proven track record of launching new products and developing new markets, particularly in the areas of Internet of Things (IoT), predictive analytics, cloud computing/SaaS, telecommunications, and data-services.

Jody Sayre
Public Safety GIS Content and Services
Jody Sayre is one of the most experienced public safety GIS professionals in the country. She has worked at GeoComm for over 22 years and throughout the years has held a variety of roles from beginning as a GIS technician at customer sites collecting data and developing the overall project approach during the procurement phase to today where she offers invaluable insight into GeoComm’s continued vision for its products and services.
In addition, Jody works closely with industry vendors to establish both strategic and long-term business relationships and leads a team of dedicated individuals focused on GeoComm’s marketing and proposal efforts.

Greg Spadorcio
Sales
Greg Spadorcio has over 20-years of Public Safety and GIS industry experience. He leads GeoComm’s sales team and works in partnership with clients to develop and implement enterprise solutions that benefit our public safety clients. Greg is driven by a passion for leveraging GIS to solve real world public safety problems.

Amanda Romaine
Marketing and Partner Management
Amanda oversees all marketing programs including marketing communications, product marketing and pricing, technical sales support, partner management program, and RFP response and proposal development.
Amanda joined GeoComm in 2004 and quickly moved up within the sales and marketing organization to Director level in 2012. Over the last 10 years, she has built a strong, market-oriented marketing program which is currently focused on positioning GeoComm’s Public Safety Location Intelligence® strategy.

Finance and Administration
Heather Hoskins oversees talent management, finance & accounting, contract management, process improvement and legal.
In addition, Heather leads GeoComm’s well-being initiatives aimed at inspiring habits of wellness and encouraging employees to embrace the five essential elements of well-being for living a well-rounded life. Through her leadership, GeoComm now has a paid volunteering policy in place and GeoComm employees volunteering their time in the local community has become an essential element of GeoComm’s company culture.

Todd Pieper
GIS and Project Management
Understanding the role of GIS in public safety emergency response can be complex, Todd strives to make it simple for our customers.
Todd has worked at GeoComm for over 20 years and is dedicated to ensuring our customers have an excellent customer experience. Todd leads GeoComm’s Project Management team and GIS teams in both the St. Cloud, Minnesota office and West Coast Office in Albany, Oregon. These teams are dedicated to delivering GeoComm’s products and services on-time, within scope, within budget and with high customer satisfaction.

Ryan Thomas
Engineering & Technology
Ryan is responsible for leading technology teams that build scalable and secure cloud-based solutions. He ensures the development and testing of these high-quality software solutions are completed on-time, within scope and on-budget, based on market and business requirements defined by the Product Management organization, as well as guiding and overseeing business and product technology strategies. Ryan optimizes results through the effective use of all resources; people, processes and tools, and is a strong leader and people manager, actively engaging individuals and teams to meet or exceed the defined business objectives.

Public Safety Applications and GIS Services
Lisa is a well-recognized public safety professional with over 20 years of industry experience. She serves as GeoComm’s Assistant Vice President of Public Safety Applications and GIS Services and focuses on leading public safety GIS Data Management, Mapping applications and GIS Services business unit. Prior to her role on the Executive Team, Lisa fulfilled the responsibilities of Senior Product Manager for Next Generation 9-1-1 Core Solutions (NGCS), focusing specifically on geospatial routing solutions needed in a NG9-1-1 environment.

Andy has over two decades of proven executive leadership and dedication to operational excellence in improving business outcomes and customer satisfaction. This includes hands-on experience, and over 20 years of quality Management and Leadership responsibilities serving roles in the areas of Operations, Service Delivery, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Project Management. Andy is a certified PMP, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Westminster College.
