CPM - Cost Per Thousand impressions. Every time a banner is viewed on a page,
this is counted as a single 'impression'. Thus, the CPM rate is the amount paid for 1000 banner views.

Targeted Campaign -
Targeted campaigns allow advertisers to specify the exact pages that they wish their advertisement creatives
