Inside Internet Explorer select the TOOLS pulldown. Choose the topic INTERNET OPTIONS. Then select the CONNECTIONS tab. Then choose the LAN SETTINGS button.

Under the title "Proxy Server" be sure that the USE A PROXY SERVER option is checked.

Then select the ADVANCED option. Under the title "Exceptions" simply type in the *.geocomm.com statement. Once completed select "OK" and exit the Internet Options Window.
