Custom Data CDs
GeoCommunity and the GISDataDepot cannot provide refunds on custom created
CD-ROMs. As mentioned in the Product Guarantee section, we will
make every effort to rectify any problems you have with your custom CD
and its files, but we cannot offer refunds due to the nature of the process
and costs involved with each custom CD-ROM write.
GIS Data products are provided to users "as-is" from the original source or agency. Data products or bundles available for sale on CD-ROM or via "premium" download are all available for free download via the GISDataDepot area of the website. To ensure that data is useable, we encourage you to download a sample data file (and consult the "Read-me or more info) prior to purchasing large quantities of data. If you have difficulties obtaining a smaple data file please send your request for additional information to data@geocomm.com.
Books
We will do everything we can to accomodate problems that arise from book orders. As a rule,
books cannot be returned unless we are first notified of the circumstances. In order to return a book,
you will be responsible for shipping charges and the returned product must be in "perfect" condition.
