interactive GIS website which permits local residents to ENTER data into our
database. If someone sees an obstruction in a fish-bearing stream, or sights
whales at an odd time of year, they can log on to this site and spacially record
their observation by dropping a point, line or polygon on a map, filling in the
observation data form and then immediately see the map updated with their
contribution...
